Shipping and returns
For domestic shipments to the peninsula and Portugal we offer FREE shipping on purchases ≥ 99€. For purchases under 99€ the shipping costs are €4.95 to the peninsula and Portugal.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla €8.90. See rates for Europe.

Shipments are made by the company NACEX. The estimated shipping time is between 24-48 business hours from the departure of the package for shipments to the peninsula.
Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day , and received the next day . No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.
Once the order is ready for delivery, an informative email will be sent to the customer detailing the address where the delivery will take place, as well as the details of the purchase. In turn, the customer will receive an SMS/E-mail from the courier company indicating the package tracking number.
- Shipments outside the Peninsula and Europe
Orders placed outside the Peninsula or internationally are subject to other delivery times, between 2 and 7 days from when they leave our warehouse.
From the date of delivery of the item, the buyer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase to return a product with which he is not satisfied and is guaranteed a refund.
- Changes:
Size changes are free for Spain (Peninsula). In this case, Woman will collect the package at the customer's address and deliver the new size. The free change is subject to the availability of the new desired size. One free size change will be made per order. Exchange shipping will also be free if you exchange the item for another product of the same or higher value.
- Returns from Spain (Peninsula):
– Deadline: 14 days from receipt.
– How: It’s very easy: our company will collect the item from your home, and the return costs (6€) will be charged when the customer is reimbursed. If you use our collection service, you must write to us in advance by email : woman@womanboutique.es or WhatsApp 68612 95 59 , indicating the order number, place and date of collection so that our company can pick up the item.
If the customer prefers, once they have informed us of the return of the item, they can also send it at their own expense to Woman Boutique, C/Alejandro Séiquer 7, 30001, Murcia. In this case, Woman will not charge any amount for its return and a full refund will be made.
Within this period, you may return the product. After this period (14 days from receipt), returns will not be accepted.
The product must be in perfect condition and Woman Boutique will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during a return by the customer. Our garments are explained in detail on each page of the website, the photographs are merely descriptive, and there may be differences in the shades of products or elements of the image.
All products must be returned with their original labels and in perfect condition. All labels and packaging must be intact.
Woman Boutique will only accept items that are sent with their original labels, complete, new and in perfect condition. Items that have been sent damaged or dirty by the buyer will not be accepted.
- Returns for orders placed outside the Peninsula and internationally:
Orders placed outside the Peninsula or internationally: the customer will choose their transport company and will assume the return shipping costs in case of exercising the right of withdrawal. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the money in full.
Refund of the amount:
Once the item has been received and inspected , if everything is correct, the purchase amount will be refunded immediately within a maximum period of 7 days using the following methods:
– Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card used
– Payments made by Paypal will be refunded via Paypal
– Payments made by Bizum will be refunded to the current account associated with the telephone number.
– Aplazame payments will be reimbursed through the Aplázame portal and will be paid into the same linked card.
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to what was stipulated in the purchase, you must contact us immediately through our contact form providing the product details, as well as the damage it suffers, or by calling the number +34686129559 where we will indicate how to proceed with the return.
