1. Measure your bust: Stand up and place the measuring tape around your bust, at the level of your bra. The tape should be placed around your bust, under your arms and above the widest part of your chest.
2. Measure your waist: Stand with your arms outstretched in a relaxed, normal posture. Place the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist. This is usually around your belly button.
3. Measure your hips: Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. This is usually halfway between your crotch and belly button.
4. Measure your length: Stand with your feet together. Measure from your shoulder to the bottom of the dress. Keep in mind that this measurement may vary slightly depending on the fit of the model, so remember that this is an approximate measurement.
